By using xpand.management (“the site”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site. XPAND (“we”, “us”) may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest version.

The site describes the services we offer — web development, digital marketing, AI automation, and booking systems — and lets you get in touch about a project. Content on the site is informational: it isn’t a binding offer, and no engagement exists until we’ve agreed on a written scope together.

• Every project is scoped individually. Pricing, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins.
• Client engagements are governed by their own agreement, which takes precedence over these website terms for that work.
• Work we deliver to clients belongs to those clients as set out in their agreement — we don't lock clients into our infrastructure.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content through our forms.
• Use automated tools to scrape the site or flood our forms.
• Attempt to access the admin area or any system that isn't offered to you.
• Upload files containing malware or content you don't have the right to share.

Information you send through our forms is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don’t send confidential material before an agreement covering it is in place.

The design, text, graphics, and code of this site belong to XPAND. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission. Client work is different — see “Proposals and engagements” above.

The site is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside any agency’s control; descriptions of results on this site are illustrative, not a promise of specific performance for your business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XPAND is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

The site may link to third-party sites or services. We’re not responsible for their content or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which XPAND is registered, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
